How Our Bespoke Commissioning Process Works
Your Vision & RFQ
You provide us with all specifications via the form below, including dimensions, preferred material (e.g. wool, silk), style, and your estimated budget.
Sourcing & Costing
Our team in Central Asia actively searches local markets and consults with master weavers to confirm feasibility, secure materials, and obtain the precise production cost.
Formal Quote & Deposit
We present you with a formal quote, including high-resolution images of the sourced rug or design sketches for a commission. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the piece or begin weaving.
Creation or Transit
For commissioned pieces, production begins immediately. For sourced pieces, the rug is prepared for shipment to our UK base in Cardiff.
Final Payment & Delivery
Once the rug arrives in the UK, passes our quality inspection, and is ready for dispatch, we contact you for the remaining balance. We then arrange immediate, insured delivery or collection from Cardiff.
